1. If there is an internal error, mistake, other product or incomplete delivery of your ordered product, please submit a return request to the seller’s address or mobile within 3 days of receiving the product on the app or website. And if you want a return of any product of ikeeshop, submit the return request within maximum 10 days.

2. If any defect occurs after the return period of the product with warranty or guarantee, contact the seller directly subject to the issuance of warranty or guarantee card of the product sold by the seller. You will get the contact details of the seller in the product invoice.

3. Return shipping charges will be borne by the seller in case of any defect, error, other product or incomplete product of the seller. 

4. If you want to change the model of the product you ordered or return the problem caused by the fit in your body, you will have to bear the return shipping charge. In this case, the seller will only return the product, not the return shipping charge.

Condition For Returns

The product ordered must be unused, unwashed, washed or defective. You can later see if dress products (such as shirts, pants or undergarments) fit your body, but wash them in any way or any type. Nothing can be done with needle thread.

Original tag with product, guarantee or warranty card, if there is any free product or offer with the product, instruction of use i.e. all accessories that the seller will provide the product such as: product bill, product invoice memo (if any) must be paid at the time of return. Must be present in the packet. Otherwise the product will be deemed non-refundable.

The product must be returned in a packet sent by the seller or manufacturer.

If a product is returned to the ikeeshop office or along with the seller in an inadequate condition, it reserves the full right to return the product to you.

Special Note: No prefabricated glass products such as TVs / monitors (LCDs and LEDs), glasses, room decoration, show pitch or similar) Physical damage products are not covered by the return policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without any prior written notice. If we decide to change the terms of use, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
